Attendance Counters

These volunteers help us estimate the number of people that attend the event.

Job Duties:
  • Count participants passing a point on the event route.
Equipment Provided:
  • Count Sheet
  • Handheld Talley Counter
  • Pen

Instructions

  1. Record the total number of people (walkers, bikers, roller skaters, people using mobility devices, etc.) that pass through your intersection for each 15 minute window of time during your shift.
  2. Write the final numbers in the table on the Attendance Count Sheet.
