All streets on the designated route will be closed to motorized traffic and on-street parking during and prior to the event, 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday, June 29. Road closure signs will be posted by 10:30 am on event day, but set-up adjacent to the activity hubs (at the two parks and along Alexander Ave) will begin at 9 am. Parking will be available off the route.

Neighbors: You will be able to get to and from your home at all times, but we encourage you to limit or postpone trips by car. If you drive, please plan for a 10-minute traffic delay. Barricaded intersections will be staffed by trained volunteers, called “Intersection Superheroes” to manage access safely. These volunteers will escort residents to and from their homes and will be wearing reflective vests and Open Streets t-shirts. If leaving from your home, please flag down a volunteer to escort you off the route and drive at a walking pace until you exit the route. If you know that you need to leave your house during the event, consider parking off the route in advance and walking to your car.
