Set-up & Clean-up Volunteers

These volunteers help with a variety of tasks either before or after the event under the guidance of the Park Captains.

Set-up Duties:
  • Help vendors set up
  • Install beer garden fencing
  • Put out event signage
  • Set up tables, chairs, canopies and other equipment
Clean-up Duties:
  • Help vendors take down
  • Pack up tables, chairs, canopies and other equipment
  • Pick up any trash
  • Take down event signage

Instructions

  1. Report to the info booth at your assigned park to receive specific instructions from the Park Captains.
  2. Take initiative! If you see a vendor that looks like they might need assistance, ask them if you can do anything to help. This might look like directing a vendor to a loading area or helping put up a canopy.
