These volunteers help check in other volunteers and direct them to their locations.
Job Duties:
- Check-in volunteers
- Direct volunteers to their locations
- Hand out volunteer t-shirts and other volunteer perks
- Help with Volunteer Tent set up or take down (first & last shifts)
Instructions
- Before you arrive, familiarize yourself with the event route and schedule.
- When you arrive, one of the volunteer co-coordinators will give an overview of how to use the check-in kiosk and what items to distribute to volunteers checking in. The volunteer tent also has resources like a first aid kit, emergency contact list, and missing child protocol.
